By using https://beingranker.com or buying a kit from BeingRanker, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Sagar, trading as BeingRanker, H.No. 51, Block No. 3, Village Gudha, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal, Haryana – 132114.

What you buy

Each kit is digital study material (for example notes, practice questions and quick-revision sheets) that you read online in our reader. Kits cannot be downloaded. The exact contents of each kit are listed on its page. You need to log in with your Google account to buy. After payment the kit is added to My kits in your account, and it does not expire. You need an internet connection to read.

Personal use only

• The kit is licensed to you for your own personal study.
• You may not share, upload, forward, resell or publish the kit or any part of it, including in Telegram or WhatsApp groups, websites or cloud drives.
• Your name and email are shown faintly on the pages you read, to discourage copying.
• We may suspend an account that is shared with others or used to copy kits.

Free chapters

When you are logged in, you can read one free chapter of a kit before buying it. The rest of the kit opens after purchase.

Your own PDFs

• On the Free plan you can upload up to 3 PDF files in total (up to 25 MB each) to read in our reader, and deleting a PDF does not give an upload back. Plans allow more (see Plans below).
• Your PDFs are private: only you can open them, and they cannot be shared from the site.
• Upload only files you have the right to use. Do not upload paid, copied or pirated material, or anything illegal.
• If we receive a valid complaint about a file, or a file breaks these rules, we may remove it and may suspend the account. To report a file, write to support@beingranker.com.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copy of your files. We may remove a file if it cannot be opened.

Plans

• The Free plan includes 3 uploads in total, up to 25 MB each. The Basic plan lets you keep up to 10 PDFs at a time (up to 50 MB each) and gives 20% off kits. The Pro plan lets you keep up to 30 PDFs at a time (up to 100 MB each) and gives 40% off kits. Prices are shown on the Plans page.
• A plan is a one-time payment for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). It is not renewed or charged automatically. Buying the same plan again adds the time on top; moving up to a bigger plan carries over the value of the days left. A smaller plan can be bought only after the current plan ends.
• When a plan ends you have 3 days to renew. After that, your 3 oldest PDFs stay open and the others are locked until you renew. Notes and progress are kept. We may delete PDFs that stay locked for more than 6 months.
• The All Access plan is a one-time payment for 365 days (yearly only). While it is active, you can read every kit on the site, including kits added later, and keep up to 50 of your own PDFs (up to 200 MB each). When it ends, kits you did not buy lock again.
• Kit discounts apply only while a plan is active. Kits you buy are yours to read for as long as the site runs, whether or not you have a plan.

Coupons

• We may give out coupon codes for a free kit, a free plan, or a discount on a kit or plan. A coupon shows what it gives when you apply it.
• Each code can be used once per account, only until its last date and only while uses are left. Coupons are personal: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be refunded.
• Free access from a coupon lasts for the time shown (for example 30 days for a kit, or 1 month for a plan). After that the kit or plan ends, unless you buy it.
• A discount coupon and a plan discount do not add up: the bigger one is used. A coupon for a lower plan cannot be used while a higher plan is running.
• We may stop a coupon at any time. If you already used it, you keep what it gave you.

No guarantee of results

Our kits are study aids. They do not guarantee selection, marks or any result in any exam. Exam dates, syllabus and pattern are decided by the conducting authority and can change. Always check the official notification.

BeingRanker is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, ministry, commission, board or exam conducting authority.

Content accuracy

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian rupees. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karnal, Haryana have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
