Shipping & Delivery Policy

BeingRanker sells digital study kits only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

How your kit is delivered

• In your account: you log in with your Google account before paying. Right after your payment succeeds, the kit is added to My kits.
• Anytime later: log in again with the same Google account and open My kits. Your kits do not expire.

Kits are read online in our reader, on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. You need an internet connection to read. Kits cannot be downloaded.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant after a successful payment. If your payment went through but the kit did not appear in My kits within 24 hours, write to support@beingranker.com with your order id or payment details. We will deliver the kit or refund you in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

Kits are delivered online, so you can read them anywhere you have an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay.
