Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our kits are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Access to a digital kit cannot be returned, so refunds are limited to the cases below.

Cancellation

Because your kit is delivered the moment your payment succeeds, an order cannot be cancelled after payment. The refund cases below still apply.

If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, no order is created and your bank or Razorpay normally returns the amount automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, write to us with the payment details and we will help.

When you can get a refund

• Payment taken but no kit delivered: if money was deducted and the kit did not appear in My kits within 24 hours, we will either deliver the kit or refund you in full.
• Charged twice: the duplicate payment is refunded in full.

Files that do not open

If a kit or a file in it does not open in the reader, or a page is damaged, write to support@beingranker.com with your order id (it is on the payment confirmation page and in your Razorpay receipt). We will fix the file in your account within 2 working days. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

When refunds are not given

• After the kit has been opened in the reader, except in the cases above.
• Because the conducting authority postponed or cancelled the exam or changed the syllabus.
• Because of exam results.

Plans (Basic and Pro)

• Plans are one-time payments for 1 month or 1 year. Nothing is charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• If a plan was paid for but not activated on your account within 24 hours, we will activate it or refund you in full.
• If you write to us within 3 days of buying a plan and have not uploaded any PDF on it, we refund it in full. After that, plans are not refunded for the time left.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
