Eligibility
- ✓ Educational Qualification: 3‑Year Diploma or Degree in the relevant engineering/technical branch
- ✓ Nationality: Indian citizen (eligible Nepalese citizens may apply under MP rules)
- ✓ Live MP Employment Office (Rojgar Karyalaya) registration required
Age calculated as on 1 January 2026; General/Unreserved 18-40 years, SC/ST/OBC/Female (MP Domicile) up to 45 years

Selection process
Computer-Based Test of 200 marks (3 hours) followed by document verification and medical examination
How to apply
- Open the official MPESB website: https://esb.mp.gov.in
- Complete MPESB profile registration and Aadhaar‑based e‑KYC
- Log in and select “Group-03 Combined Recruitment Test 2026”
- Choose the applicable post code(s) and technical paper/branch
- Fill personal, educational, and exam‑centre details; upload photo, signature, and required documents
- Pay the fee online through MP Online and submit the form
- Download and retain the final application printout; later download the admit card online
